  1.    General Help

  3.    Notation used in all of the help files:
  4.    - "[F]oo" means to hit the F key; the system will echo "oo".
  5.    - ".F(oo)" means to enter a period (".") and "F"; the system will echo "oo".

  7.    "[L]ogin" logs you into the system.  (You must do this.)
  8.  
  9.    "[T]erminate" logs you off the system normally.

  11.    To read messages, use:
  12.       "[N]ew" to read new messages in this room.
  13.       "[O]ld" to read old messages in reverse.
  14.       "[F]orward" to read all messages from oldest to newest.
  15.       "[R]everse" to read all messages from newest to oldest.

  17.    While reading messages:
  18.       "[P]ause" stops message display until another key is pressed.
  19.       "[J]ump" immediately skips to the next paragraph.
  20.       "[N]ext" immediately skips to the next message.
  21.       "[S]top" halts message display.

  23.    To enter a message in a room:
  24.       "[E]nter" will start the message editor.
  25.  
  26.    To leave a private message to another user:
  27.       ".G(oto) MAIL" will take you to the e-mail room.
  28.       "[E]nter" will let you send a message to the user you specify.

  30.    To find more new messages:
  31.       "[G]oto" will take you to the next room with NEW messages.

  33.    "[?]" shows the main menu.  IT ALSO LISTS ALL AVAILABLE OPTIONS AT ANY TIME.

  35.    "[.]" prefixes extended commands.
  36.    "[;]" prefixes floor commands.
  37.    "[!]" prefixes door commands.
